He was supposed to The limbs and waste with him but he never did that either. Unfortunately we wrote a check out to him. A friend of ours was a friend of his. His friend is a really nice guy. We assumed he would be trustworthy. That's what we get for assuming. He called and said he'd be there another day. He never showed up. We kept calling him. He always had excuses. He never gave us the money back for the trees that he was supposed to cut down and didn't. I would not recommend him to anyone !!! I scheduled Josh to have tree work at my house about a year in advance. When the day came to do the work he was a no-show. I messaged him repeatedly and finally heard from him and was told his chipper had broke down. Ok, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He tells me let's reschedule. I message him multiple times and a month goes by. Josh responds apologizing and tells me his phone was broke and he just received all my messages and gives me a date a month later. Again, he's a no show. I figure he just doesn't want the job. A few weeks later I receive an email apologizing saying he was in the hospital with covid-19 for 2 weeks and how sorry he was for letting all his customers down. He said he was SO overwhelmed that it was impossible for him or anyone to contact all his customers to let them know he couldn't do the work and offers to reschedule. I'm thinking wow. This guy has had a bout of bad luck. Being the kind hearted person that I am, I give Josh one more chance. We schedule a date for the THIRD time and he's nowhere to be found, no call, text, nothing. Honestly, I'm not really that upset. Just putting this out there so other people can see what I've experienced with Josh Hodgson, so they can make up their own mind if they think it's worth hiring him. I don't know how anyone can run a business like this. There's plenty of other honest people out there to do tree work.

He did exactly what we wanted done on our property. He gave us a reasonable estimate and stuck to it. There was no surprise additional amount due when he finished the job. Steve is friendly and easy to do business with. Our trees look amazing after he worked his magic on them. He personally worked hard to revitalize some of our trees which were overgrown. I also want to mention how thoroughly they cleaned up afterwards. They didn't leave any debris or branches for us to deal with. We will be using Rosci's Tree Service from now on and plan to have Steve and his crew do more work this winter.
