We trusted it had been, about a month later we had a massive sewer flood, the plumber was here for hours trying to figure out why. It turned out it was from the lid, it caused a blockage. We ended up with a massive plumbing bill and only had a certain amount of insurance coverage for sewer back up, it all cost a lot of money. I reached out to Bal and he tried to blame me? It made no sense at all as he caused this and didn't fix it. Then he just stopped answering my emails and text messages. Be very careful.

I hired Derrik to remove 3 large trees from my front yard and to grind the stumps out. I am so glad…read moreI did! First of all, he is very professional to deal with. He came to our house the day after I called him and gave me a verbal quote which he followed up that night with an emailed quote. The next week, he arrived on time with his crew and took the trees down to just the trunks the first day. He wore fall protection while he was in the trees which pleased me as I didn't want anyone hurt. Then they cleaned up all the debris. The next day they returned and took down the trunks and ground out all 3 stumps. Then they raked the lawn and swept the driveway. The whole thing was a pleasant experience. Derrik and his crew were friendly and easy to talk to and they checked with us about moving sprinklers so they weren't damaged by falling branches. I will definitely call him again when I need another tree down. Jim Brown
