My boyfriend and I came to Ocracoke two years ago and stopped here for coffee before catching the ferry back. But, it was so busy with the line about out the door. It's the only coffee shop on the island, so we should've expected this. We had to leave without coffee, but this year we came back and finally got our cups! My boyfriend got nuts and jolts, which was perfectly sweet and nutty! I got the chili with hazelnut, which was also amazing. Our bed and breakfast said either go 15 min before they open or wait until after 9 if you don't want to wait 30 minutes. They also recommended the pastries, so we got a chocolate croissant to share, which was great. We went around 11:30, with about a 15 minute wait. They gave unique decor inside with lots of little coffee signs with sayings, merch for sale, and vintage looking couches. If you're a coffee or pastry lover, it's sure worth the wait!

Cute coffee place with indoor and outdoor seating. The smoothie was really good and cheap. Would definitely recommend the smoothie. The pastry was good, but nothing great. Seemed like some people were doing some work here.

The coffee is good -- but there is a 20-30 minute every morning. They could streamline service simply by having customers order when they walk in. This way, if you're in line behind someone ordering ten smoothies, and you're only getting an iced coffee -- you're not waiting for half an hour. With that being said, the outdoor seating area is lovely, and there's always a place to sit and enjoy a slow morning.

Be prepared to wait but it's a pretty cool spot! We came in two separate times during our stay in Ocracoke. Both times we waited 30-50 minutes. It's definitely a popular place but the line moves fairly fast for all the fancy coffee drinks and smoothies the staff is making. There are lots of cozy sitting areas inside and plenty of outdoor seating. And besides drinks they have pastries, muffins and bagels. The cinnamon swirl croissant was really tasty when we heated it up. We'd come back when we're on the island!

A beautiful coffee shop that is huge inside and outside. Due to the pandemic, the inside seating it closed down. The outside seating is so nice with different tables and trees; so calming. Staff inside are friendly, advising what kinds of different coffees they have. I tried the mild Ethiopian coffee that was really tasty.

Our family has been staying on Ocracoke on and off for over 20 years now. And it's never a visit to the island without a visit to this cute, floral coffee shop off one of the back roads on the island. The bakery has some great options. The cinnamon rolls and croissants are a personal favorite, but I've never had a bakery item that I didn't enjoy here. The only thing I don't like is the service in the coffee shop is always hit-or-miss. They're either really friendly or really rude. And during the off-season, the shop is usually closed before noon time so being early is almost crucial, despite not being a huge morning person. I understand it's an island vibe and it's not like you're going to find a lot of other options elsewhere. But I come here for the hot teas, chai tea lattes and the yummy smoothies. Try the orange creamsicle smoothie if you haven't already...it just may change your life like it did mine...

Absolutely adorable place with great parking and plenty of seating. Unfortunately the palpable misery of the staff made me hesitant to spend any money here. Unlikely I'll return to this stressful environment.

The vibe here is serene, the staff are so polite and helpful and the espresso drinks were exactly what I had been longing for. They offer a wonderful place to chill and just read a book during the day or hang out at night and enjoy the copious array of activities! This is our "go to" place as soon as we arrive on the island.

This is one of my favorite spots on the island. I was able to experience new items to me like bacon-jalapeño cream cheese for my asiago cheese bagel and what is essentially a monster muffin. The muffin was to die for, especially for people who like sweets! I don't recall my latte's name but it was also good! Outdoor seating is plentiful which was appreciated.

When you're on Ocracoke Island, there's no better way to wrap up your evening than with a visit to…read morethe Ocracoke Fudge and Ice Cream Shop! This charming spot is one of the many dessert gems on the island, and it's hands-down one of my favorites. The shop has a welcoming vibe, and it's always buzzing with excitement. The long line that snakes across the porch is proof of its popularity, but don't let that deter you--the staff here are pros at keeping things moving. They're always friendly, even when the line is packed, and they work tirelessly to make sure everyone gets their sweet fix as quickly as possible. What We Ordered: * Chocolate/Vanilla Soft Serve Swirl on a Cone * Chocolate Malt Shake with Oreos * Chocolate Nor'Easter (their take on a Blizzard, with Oreos and pecans) * Dark Chocolate Nor'Easter (loaded with chocolate sprinkles and chocolate chips) The star of the show is their ice cream which is so creamy, rich, and consistently delicious. The soft serve cone was a classic, perfectly swirled and smooth. The Chocolate Malt Shake was thick, indulgent, and packed with the perfect amount of Oreo crunch. The Nor'Easters stole the show for me. I love how you get to customize your toppings, and the way they swirl everything together ensures every bite is packed with flavor. The Chocolate Nor'Easter was a dreamy combination of Oreos and pecans, while the Dark Chocolate version was a chocoholic's paradise, with layers of chocolate sprinkles and chips for extra texture. Ocracoke Fudge and Ice Cream Shop has truly mastered the art of dessert. Whether you're stopping by for a quick cone or diving into one of their indulgent creations, you're guaranteed to leave happy. The atmosphere, friendly staff, and consistently. Highly recommend coming here :)
