If zero stars was possible I'd give 0. All the staff were extremely rude. I called before coming to ask if they do walk ins because of covid and they told me to try coming in so I did. I tried to explain my idea to the lady at the front - super simple design. She went to talk to the guys doing tattoos and explain my design. The first just said no and pointed to the second guy told me to go somewhere else and neither even looked at my design. Neither asked if I wanted to come back later or make an appointment for another day. I get it I should have made an appointment, I'm not reviewing not being accommodated because I know the artists times are valuable but customer service is important too. AGAIN - not a reflection of the work provided, just the attitudes and way I basically blown off. read more

Horrible place to get anything done. For starters the guys there are assholes, very unprofessional they way they address customers. No professional manners and lack of over all respect for people. I went in for my son's name tattoo and Adrian completely messed it up by putting an A instead of an X. Wouldn't be such a big deal if it wasn't PERMANENT!!! Stencil and drawing was correct just his own carelessness and lack of professionalism. Didn't even offer to fix it. The only reason i don't put a picture of it is because it's a full name with date of birth,don't feel right putting it up for everyone to see, my own personal thing. Very easy tattoo and they couldn't even do that correctly, these so called "tattoo Artists" are all just a joke. Horrible experience, I hope no one else makes the mistake of going there. The other bald guy is even worse, "CARLOS" i think was his name,horrible attitude, thinks he's above everyone, guarantee he wouldn't talk to me like that out in public. Don't go there, take the extra time to find someone better, no wonder they have a 2.5 star review. Honestly that is being generous, they dnt even deserve that,i would give them a 0 if i could. got my helix piercing here and couldn't remove it for months because they put it on incorrectly and when I finally did i had a huge ball in my ear because of how infected it was! never got the time to leave a review but a friend just went thru something with a piercing she just got here. read more

The people who work here gotta all be millionaires because they behave like they don't need customers and money isn't sh*t to them. Walked in and after a few minutes of being ignored a lady in front annoyingly turns around to acknowledge my presence and then quickly passes me off to some other guy who is just as annoyed with giving basic customer service. I asked to see earrings for ear piercings and he sarcastically asks me if I've "never seen earrings before"...umm I'm asking to see them so I can see what kind of material they are made out of, gold, sterling silver etc. since I'm sensitive to certain metals. A few years ago I show up to get my tits pierced and they were kind and ready to help! The lesson here is, ladies get ya tits pierced here for excellent service, go get them ears pierced at Claire's. read more

WORST place to get a tattoo they do not cover it after you are done unless you ask or it is heavy bleeding. It is covered with a napkin and tape. They do not tell you care instructions. Artist are not friendly. The only female artist is beyond rude and dose not care for your comfort. Both artist I interacted with were rude and rushing me. When I pointed out errors in the tattoo BEFORE they even put the stencil on my body they said "well I'm going to print it again and if it's wrong idk what you are going to do because that's it". Well since they pushed me and rushed me it was still flawed and now it's on my body forever. When I went to look at in the mirror and saw it they said it was my fault for not paying attention. I always thought tattoo/piercing shops had to focus heavily on customer service in order to succeed as a business. I honesty have no idea how this place keeps enough customers to remain open. As we walked in the two girls at the desk were sitting down facing eachother, chatting while playing on their phones. They barely looked up from their phones, let alone get up from their seats to greet us. I asked if I could pay a piercer to put in an earring for me, as it was a challenging piece to put in myself. They responded with, "I don't think so, but you can wait and ask when he's done with his client." My girlfriend also asked if they had any pictures or ideas for an ear piercing she was looking to get done. They looked at her like they were annoyed and simply said, no. The piercer reluctantly agreed to put the piece in for me, who also acted annoyed that I even came in. I will never be returning, and was just amazed by the absence of customer service in a small business. read more

I was getting a piercing and well I was nervous, I got a little startled with the needle, so I squinted. He then snapped like a mental and said that he could've poked himself (which he wouldn't if he knows what he's doing AND the needle wasn't even pointing at him.) also that I only had "3 attempts" to get it right or if not I would lose all my money. I'm only speaking of my own experience but it was not positive. We are from out of town and the tattoo shop was near our hotel. My husband decided to get his tattoo for our daughter. We have plenty of tattoos I'm only saying that because the guy that half-assed attended to us asked my husband, "Is this your first tattoo?" We are professionals and our tattoos don't typically show. Plus, my husband can't have his tattoos showing at his job. I found that rude and off putting. He seemed like he was having a bad day or something but after reading the other reviews I can assume he's always that rude. The signs everywhere were so unnecessary...NO PICTURES FUCK YOU VERY MUCH and KIDS WILL BE CONTROLLED OR YOU WILL LEAVE. I once got a thigh tattoo that took 6 hours to complete, my own children weren't with me but there were kids in the shop and they didn't bother me at all. He was just awful. I can't testify to the quality of his work as he "dismissed" us almost at once but his people skills and customer service are beyond lacking. I stopped by and the owner showed me a draw, I liked what I saw, then next day I gave him 600 dlls and signed all papers and he started drawing something way different that he showed me the day before, I said to him that I wanted what he showed me and he said no, that that belongs to other person and I told him that I wasn't fully convinced, so he deleted some parts and draw something else but kept mostly what he has done, stupidly I didn't said no, he has my money already so now I have the ugliest tattoo ever and 600 dlls less on my pocket, while he was working I asked some questions and he just simple rolled his eyes up, at the end the tattoo wasn't finished and he said that if I wanted finish I had to set another appointment and and pay extra of course! What a joke, went to other studio and they can repair all the white spots he left and fixed a little bit for just 100, don't even stop there, they're not artist they're clowns playing on the X box ignoring their clients and stealing their money! read more
