I had to keep giving the CSR 3 sets of company name options, each and every time he would come back, at his leisure, with concerns, but not proof, that they would not get accepted. After a week+ he finally believes one of the propsed company names should be OK and says he'll get back to me in 2-3 days. 4+ days later he cuts and pastes a rejection from the Feds and doesn't offer any help or suggestions, as he never did with anything else, just blindly slapping emails back and forth and doing nothing pro active to help get this done. Worse when I was first pissed off and asked to refund my money he calls me and lets me know he'll make this work and to call him any time. The last go around with the latest 4+ days delayed response I try and call this guy 6 times in a day and he then ghosts me...just brutal. I demanded a full refund and they have now witheld $135...just to ensure that I am now furious. What a gong show.
