Most of his work was adequate until he poured a front step into the building. They splashed concrete everywhere and I had to hire a third party to clean it up. This step is 2 years old, was done twice and was not done properly. It has deteriorated to the point that it needs to be redone. He will not return any of my phone calls. I want to meet and he avoids me. I call from different phones he answers then will not pick up for a future call. He is not a dependable contractor and will not warranty his work.

So Dell did NOT complete the cleaning of my house like he promised he would do if the grime was not fully removed the first time (see review from 7/29/2024). After months of trying to get in touch with him and him ignoring me multiple times and then eventually not showing once we finally got something scheduled, he refused to come out and complete the job. I have no clue why he did not come back and he had ZERO explanation. He just ignored my communication attempts and then after me trying to get ahold of him multiple times, he threatened ME with legal action of cease and assist letters. He eventually told me that he would refund my money and we can be done. I said that is fine and send me a check. After not seeing the check for a month I texted him, and he said he submitted it on August 6 and it could take 60 days. It is now October 21 and I have not received ANYTHING. I reached out to him a few times to see what's going on and again he has ignored me. Do not trust Dell. He told me he would come back and finish the job. Never did. He told me he would refund my money. Never did. He told me customer service is number 1. Clearly is not. I would not recommend him at all. I have no idea what happened and even asked him why he didn't finish the job and then wouldn't communicate with me, and nothing. I have multiple texts and communication streams to back all of this craziness up. We highly recommend him for your cleaning needs. Dennis pressure washed the pollen and grime off the deck without peeling off any paint. It looks almost freshly painted now. The north and west sides of our vinyl siding had a greenish tinge. The soffits were also showing quite a bit of dirt. Dennis pressure washed these items and they look very clean.
