Mike the owner was very personable and came for an estimate in a timely manner. I walked around my home with him and discussed what I was interested in having done, which was checking areas for rotted wood, replacing what was damaged and painting the entire exterior of my house. His quote came within a week and it was the most reasonable of the three that I received. We scheduled a time for the job which unfortunately fell while we were out of town. In hindsight it may have been better had we been present. After our return, I walked around and noticed a lot of spilled paint, splotches of paint and sloppy workmanship. There were also some areas where painting was missed. I did notify the owner and he sent his painter back to "clean up" these areas and he did his best to rectify all off the splotches, however he forgot some as well. Also, when I asked about the missed paint on the roof line he told me that it wouldn't stick because it was covered with roofing adhesive. My husband wanted to check for himself, so a few days later he got up on a ladder and hand brushed the areas. Sure enough, the paint adhered. He even found that there was rotted wood on the window frame that was just painted over. Had they known this when they were doing the work, I should have at least gotten some notification for a possible repair. Mike seems like a nice guy, however the painter he assigned to my home did a sub-par job. When I texted him about my husband checking and touching up the paint, there was no response. I gave 3 stars because this is a locally owned business. Otherwise I would have given less

Michelle, our paint expert, stopped by (on a Saturday, I might add) for an evaluation. She guaranteed the work would get done quickly and efficiently, and immediately contacted her team at the office to fit us in with our preferred start date. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday approaching, we settled on December 3rd as the first day of work. Jose and his crew arrived on time. They were polite and transparent about the entire process. Jose asked to see the room so he could assess exactly what needed to be done. They were here for a solid 8 hours, and told us they'd return on Monday. We had some complications arise with our schedules, so I requested to have the work pushed back. Michelle and Jose were notified and were extremely accommodating. The crew came back today, Friday, for completion of the job and to add finishing touches. We are over the moon with the results! The room looked like a dungeon before - it's been completely transformed to the way we envisioned it. The doors look incredible.
