Not only has she saved our family about 25% on cost of insurance. She is very proactive when things change in our needs. She even called the night that a tornado hit our area to make sure we were okay.

Worst experience with an insurance agency I've ever had. I was deceived from the get go but still…read moresigned up. I made it clear i do not want any type of device that monitors my driving and i do not want an app. I got a quote and signed up. A couple weeks later I get my the device and I'm told "whoops, your quote is with the device". Fine, whatever. Then over the next 3 months, I get emails about my billing changing, my drive safe not working, me needing to take additional steps on the app. All things i asked explicitly not to do. Then I started getting two separate charges instead of one. I was told that State Farm is figuring out its billing. Then today, I am charged extra $25 because of a renewal. Nothing in the app, which i was required to get, explains the increase. At least that I can see. I don't know if it's statefarm that can't figure this out or if it's this office, either way, this experience is terrible. I'd rather pay more at a professional, honest agency. Now I have to go through the hassle of cancelling. I am so tired of talking to Josh every 2-3 weeks because of another issue and being told "well corporate".

This will end up being a lawsuit but I want to warn the public in the meantime. I owned a home that I rented to my ex husband. They allowed him to add himself to my policy. He is now getting my benefits while I am receiving nothing other than checks with his name on them that he refuses to cash unless I give him half. This is a nightmare, run from this agency.
