I selected one of the vanilla strawberry cakes they had on display, the staffer quickly and expertly added a "happy birthday" message, and I paid a very reasonable price for a cake that ended up feeding over 20 people. For a small additional amount -- I think under $1 -- I bought a plastic cake cutter, since of course I'd forgotten to bring one. The cake was a huge hit! Light, flavorful, fresh-tasting. It disappeared quickly. (We have had two prior birthdays where people brought in sheet cakes --from other bakeries -- that ended up getting mostly thrown away.) I wish I were closer to Eagle Rock, as Ruby Bakery would be my go-to for celebrations.
