He informed me he could send someone out the next morning -- totally reasonable -- for a free quote. The quote was quickly agreed to and the gentleman got right to work! The stains were completely gone with all evidence lifted by the time the cleaner left!! I kept in touch with the owner of the rental and learned that Spitz had done such a great job that if I hadn't initially reached out to her, she said she never would have even known anything had happened.
