We've done this with healthcare specialists for my husband, but fortunately we found Dr. Hyatt, Mountainside Medical Group Family Practice, for his primary care physician. She is fantastic and my husband attests that she is one of the best doctors who he's seen. She's set up an office with another doctor, Dr. Julie Kidangan, in Bloomfield (we went to an office in Verona previously). The new space is great. It's easy to drive to from Route 3 or the GSP. There is a private lot for parking, too. The office itself is bright with large windows and a nice waiting area (quiet, neat, and has cute furniture - just saying). The office is located in a one-level building, and is wheelchair accessible with a ramp leading the office entrance. My husband has been very sick this week, so I handled scheduling his appointment at the new office. The office scheduler/manager who worked with me was very polite, friendly, and professional. I don't know about you, but I've had many experiences in the past with office staff who I've sworn truly hate the world. So I really appreciate this friendly service. So without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Hyatt and this office. As a wife helping my husband, I feel confident that he's getting the best treatment from this office, which gives me tremendous relief.

But let me just say these doctors and P.A.s spend time with you. They play close attention to your condition and make sure to follow up, either they follow up or have their M.A. call to follow up with you. If for any reason they can't accommodate you they do refer you to their office on Hamburg Turnpike which does provide great service as well. I love this place and DO NOT PLAN on switching doctors. I can understand this office has changed staff members and doctors at some point through out the years, so understandably NOT everyone will be thrilled with their visit or have had a positive experience in the past but if you have nothing NICE to say then keep it moving people. However, back in February, I had a series of troubling ailments back to back. It culminating in me rushing to St.Joseph's hospital due to a debilitating pain in my legs that prevented me from being able to walk. By this point, I had been to my local immedicenter and this hospital, and while the hospital helped alleviate the pain with painkillers and the walking situating with a brace, neither faculty at both facilities could explain what the heck the cause was. My father, a patient of Dr. Lucila for over 20 years, recommended I visit him. I explained in very lengthy detail everything I had experienced the weeks leading into this incident and how I felt they were related. Unlike the previous places I had been, I could tell Dr.Lucila was actually paying attention to everything I was saying. He wrote notes on his pad and was able to explain the cause if my issue and rectify it. Dr.Lucila is the best doctor I've ever been to.
