I used to come here to practice yoga with a group of students from my university once a week. I…read moreonly stopped because I now have other commitments and rather practice on my own, but they still go and take advantage of the premises by renting a room. I am not familiar with the instructors and other yogis here because we were instructed by a fellow schoolmate. It's a dark but warm and calm basement off the Karmelicka road and can be a little hard to find. The manager speaks English and invites anyone to join the open ashtanga yoga classes for a small fee per session. While I have not attended any of these myself I have been told they are worth going to! Mats are available so all you need is some loose clothing. I suggest taking a look at their website and maybe even calling to ask more about the classes; the manager (Marek I believe) is very approachable! There were no lockers at the time when I used to go so I'd suggest you keep valuables to a minimum as you leave coats etc just outside the room where the practice takes place.

It is very cosy, and good located gym and fitness club at Krakow Business Park.. You can attend…read moreclasses and using public space. You can have all professional trainers and good advice from all staff members- they are really helpful. Except the public space, there are 4 rooms- where classes are taking place- you can do spinning, yoga, dynamic workouts and also you can book massages or solarium. There is dry sauna room, showers and all you need. Gym is equipped in good items and public area has lovely views. It is located on the 5th floor. It is not large gym but pretty convenient for many people who are attending classes regularly. You need to sign-up in advance though.
