It's…read moreunassuming from the front, but once enter, you discover a modern bright shopping mall inside. To be completely transparent, I only stopped in to use the restroom. I really didn't do any shopping here. It was fun to walk through and see the lights and lovely holiday decorations. (And a tip - if you need a restroom - here's a spot.) But what makes this place special are the holiday lights on the exterior. They have a lovely light and music display that runs at certain times (not sure how often), which passersby stop by and watch. It's really fun to watch. We came upon it by accident, but so glad we did. So for me, the fun is in people watching, and the decor outside. For shopping in Lisbon - you may find what you need here, but you may also really enjoy stopping in the many shops on the streets.

Armazéns do Chiado is a shopping centre within the city centre of Lisbon, although quite small…read morecompared to European / US standards, it is still quite an impressive building and the opening hours until 11 PM remain useful for shopping into the evening. There aren't a great deal of stores here, the total on the website states 50, and that felt accurate based on my experience. Some international brands which have stores here include Kiko Milano and Sephora, Mango, Tommy Jeans, and The Body Shop. There are multiple options for food and drink including large American chains such as McDonald's and Starbucks. There is some seating around the small, again which is handy if you're looking to sit down while shopping, or walking around the city, without heading into a cafe/restaurant. 3* - Certainly dwarfed by the Colombo Shopping Centre which is further out, but the best out of limited options if you're looking for a mall in central Lisbon, it is an impressive building and the Starbucks / McDonald's are particularly useful in this location.

Perhaps the most beautiful mall I've ever experienced! It also serves as an art gallery and houses a gin themed cocktail bar! I was super disappointed I could not find any unique jewelry to purchase here- they had a jewelry store but I wanted something more unique and Portuguese looking than the pieces offered. My fiancé, however, found a cool Picasso style tee shirt designed in Portugal in one of the men's shops. They also had gorgeous suede baseball caps that I could not convince him to buy but considered purchasing for myself. Service in almost every store was personalized and friendly. The highlight though is the super cool decor of this old palace. Beautiful art too! Enjoy! A bit pricey but worth it for the experience. The shirt was over 40€. Jewelry was around 100€.

As we were traveling, we picked up a couple of neat little books on the 500 hidden secrets in both Lisbon and Porto. We also scored some jewelry , cologne and perfume. There is a little gin bar here, but unfortunately we were unable to check it out on this visit. I highly, highly recommend having lunch or dinner at Atalho Real, located on the bottom level. It's a little tricky to find, but ABSOLUTELY worth it! Some of the best food I've ever had. Enjoy!

It was within walking distance of the cruise port, and became a point of interest to walk towards as my wife and I explored Lisbon by foot. Even though the building was built as an indoor shopping mall, it has been transformed into a bazaar, with the accompanying noise and smells. Goods were stacked from floor and ceiling, with well over 50 retailers selling everything from blankets to luggage. There were shops selling souvenirs as well. It wasn't too crowded inside and didn't take too long to walk around window shopping.

It has both regular stores and high end stores, a great food court, cinema, and plenty of room to walk around both inside and on the outside promenade. I've eaten at several of their restaurants and those are all quite good. Highly recommend.

It contained both local and international stores as well as some restaurants. A huge Continente anchored the first floor and sold both groceries and some apparel. Very reasonable pricing. It's a bit outside of Lisbon, closer to the airport, so head here if in the area.

The store is on a beautiful classic cobblestone road in Lisbon on a row of other vintage stores. I loved their curated selection and ended up buying two pairs of Levi's shorts (medium and light wash) and a beautiful winter plaid trench coat. They also take credit card! Definitely recommend this place to those looking to bring back something different home from their travels!
