Didn't really notice the cut when in the chair since I normally use glasses to see. When I got home to shower that night, I had noticed the barber accidentally made my hard line an inch lower than it normally is. I had then called Vazquez, for which he answered and listened to my complaint. He was super cool and calm about the situation. He then asked "what can I do to completely fix this situation?" Which made me calm down a lot more after initially being kinda pissed. I asked for at least my money back for which he completely obliged and said to come in to him to get my next cut fixed when it's ready. Finally came in after calling for an appointment, he then gave me the cleanest fade I've ever gotten all while talking about Lakers basketball from all the jerseys he had hanging up in the shop. He has for sure earned a customer for life and I will definitely be recommending to anyone to come to him and his shops for a cut.
