So you can understand why my husband and I absolutely love their work. We first used Imagine Photography for our wedding in 2011. I love to say "I knew them when..." not because they were amateurs, but because they've grown so much in a few years and I am honored to have watched it. Our wedding photos were to die for and grace the walls of our home. Jason and Jo managed to make my husband (who hates taking photos) feel completely comfortable and we had a blast... even when I was pooped on during our "first look" photo! Since the wedding, we've used Imagine Photography for maternity/family sessions for my two pregnancies. (fortunately they're out in California pretty often) During our last shoot, we included my very active and stubborn two year old and Jason and Jo did a great job of getting her to do exactly what we needed for stellar shots. Since I had lifetime access I wasn't concerned...until this past year I've tried to log on and it's no longer available. I've tried to contact them via her website, Facebook, and Instagram, and not a single response from her or her staff.

Because her (Lisa) service, professionalism and portraits quality are not worth acquiring any star. The portraits that were previewed to me were completely different from what was sent to me. The brightness and focus of the portraits were unrecognizable from the pictures she sent me. After I opened the package, the portrait frames were supposed to be image wrapped, but I received the portraits were white wrapped. This was unacceptable since I had originally been charged over $20,000 for 11 portraits and was discounted to $12,000 for poor quality, unprofessional, scam work. I texted and informed her assistant about the mistake of the white frame and never got a response back. Do not be fooled by the images and reviews from years ago; the quality is nothing like the ones online. These things are not worth for price.
