I just had a very discouraging encounter from what WAS my favorite new dispensary in West Hollywood. I asked for an Indica cartridge for my vape pen. I even pulled out my vape pen and said whatever fits this. All of the boxes look the same to me so I rely on the bud tenders to give me the right product. The bud tender gave me a box and said this is it. I even asked later, "will this will fit my pen?" showing it to them one last time. They reassured me that it would fit. I got to my car, opened the box, and saw that I was given a disposable vape pen. I walked back in trying to keep my composure and walked up to the reassuring bud tender. Another bud tender rudely put her hand up and told me they'd be with me in a second. I looked at my reassuring bud tender and placed the disposable vape pen on the counter. They looked down at it and looked up at me in horror. They felt terrible as they explained what they could do. I said I just want the cartridge. Then the other bud tender rudely interrupted and sternly said "we don't have anymore of those." She had no idea the bud tender sold me the wrong product. She just decided to rudely butt in. I looked at her incredulously and asked her if she knew what had happened. She just looked at me and stuttered. I took the disposable pen and said I will never be back here again and walked out. As I did, she rudely replied, "Bye!" She may have been the manager which is even more unbelievable. What a disastrous experience. In a city with hundreds of dispensaries, why would you go somewhere where you PAY for the wrong product and then get scolded when you ask for the right one? I was excited for this dispensary and have been going to it since it opened. I liked all the cool people who work there but it just takes one rotten apple who is in dire need of customer service training to ruin an entire shop for me. read more

I've been shopping at OTC for about 2 years. I came there after getting frustrated with other shops having inconsistent inventory and prices. I've always had great experiences at OTC. Today, I went to return a Rove cartridge that was defective (the battery couldn't read it). I went to my car to test the new cartridge before leaving and had the same problem. I went in and they quickly processed store credit and suggested I try something else and they will speak with the distributor. read more

I went to the store and I bought one 1/8 and pre roll total was 73$ I tried to smoke the pre roll right away but it was very hard to hit, so I went back to the store and told the bud tender that the pre roll was not heating and it felt like it was clogged. I asked them to have a different product in exchange of the one I was returning because defective, but they told me they couldn't change it because I've already lightened up the pre roll and tried to smoke it. The pre roll was almost new, it was impossible to smoke. I feet like these was definitely pretty bad way to treat a regular customer, considering that the product was badly made. I want to start this off by saying that I have really bad anxiety and normally hate going into dispensaries so I ALWAYS do delivery. I have been obsessed with Hi-Burst green apple edibles for the last year but the place I normally get them from suddenly stopped selling them. I found Off The Charts on weedmaps and they were less than half the price that I had previously been paying, so I decided to actually go get them in person, for the first time in two years. I walked in and was instantly welcomed and helped by Alana. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She also made me feel comfortable in a place that is normally completely out of my element. The store itself is bright, clean, organized and has SO many options. I also really appreciated that I was able to walk around the store and actually look at the products up close - unlike most stores that have it all behind the counter. Off The Chart already has great prices but they had a really good discount for first time customers - so I bought 18 boxes of edibles and 6 vape pens - for the same price I normally spend on 10 boxes and 2 pens.
