Starting out my service was awful. No other words for it. I left my laptop that I use for college…read morethere and I was supposed to get a call on pricing. Well I waited and a week went by and no call. I called them and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes so I hung up and called again the next day. Same thing. So after a few weeks I went to pick it up and they were closed during business hours. Now for the reason to give them 5 stars. I went in today and they were open. I find a Male working and ask him about my laptop demanding that I have it back since they would not fix it. He tells me how they've had issues lately, and they fired everyone there. Now they only have two people working. I said I still wanted to take it back and have someplace else fix it because of how long it took to get it. He asks if I knew about the $30 charge for them looking at it and I said no. Then he waives the fee for me because of all the trouble. So if you've had issues with them I think they deserve another chance to prove them self's.
