After facing unexpected issues with Amazon for the second time this week, we woke up unsure of how we were going to solve a critical problem. We were truly in a jam. Thankfully, we walked into the Office Depot in West Monroe and met DL, who turned what started as a stressful day into one filled with relief and gratitude. DL was an absolute blessing--he went above and beyond to help us, not only using his own knowledge and resources but also collaborating with a fantastic associate at the Monroe location to get us exactly what we needed. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine willingness to assist left a lasting impression on us.
