Fast and thorough assistance. The woman working in printing was very aware of customers waiting and quickly reassured that she would be with them soon. The other employees are very knowledgeable about their products and their stock. I hope they stay as a retail presence in La Crosse. read more

This place is so run down, it almost seems post-apocalyptic. I went here to get some prints, and the two people working were helping other customers. I just needed to pick up an online order. I waited for about 10-15 minutes, but I guess there were some printing problems with another customers purchase. By the time one of them was done working with their respective customers, I just told him I had made an online order and was there to pick it up. From there, it took him 30 seconds to print my receipt and have me sign for it. I would have appreciated it if during the printing fiasco, one of them said, "How can I help you?" just to find out what I was looking for. There was no point in me waiting 15 minutes while both of them stared at a printer when all I had to do was sign for my order. read more
