Do not use for any kind of FedEx shipping. I recently used this location to ship some archery equipment home through FedEx, since they where listed as a shipping center and it was right across the street from where I was staying. Not only did it take the kid behind the counter 15min to figure out the system but he also screwed up the information and listed the declared value of my $3200 bows and case as $0!! (So now I essentially have no insurance on it) By the time I caught the error, fedex had already picked it up. Promises where made by a manager to call fedex and remedy the situation. I ended up calling FedEx myself to confirm what I already knew, that you cant change shipping insurance once it ships. I also never heard back from the manager. read more

I have to give a shout out to this location of Office Depot. They have all of the stuff that you would expect. Honestly, I don't really know about the prices. I teach middle school, so I do use office supplies, but I don't shop around enough to know whether or not they are really good deals. I know that I was looking for cheap frames for pictures and I didn't see any. If you're looking for really cheap items it's probably better to go a few yards away to Walmart. Who WANTS to go to Walmart, though, right? This normal box-store gets 4 stars because I have only had positive experiences there regarding service. Many times I go in there for copying-type work to be done and they are excellent. Fast, professional, and courteous. Awesome employees at this location! read more

I have given office depot many chances, folks, and every time they come up short. If you are a general shopper and need a specific item, their store is well stocked and the people are helpful. However, the printing desk is another story. They are completely unhelpful. Will not print certain items. Mailing questions- well you can consult the internet. I will go elsewhere from now on. read more
