I was in need of a particular item and this was the one place that popped into my mind. Anyone can go to Wal-Mart or whatever superstore, but I figured that I could have a larger variety of choices at a place that specializes in office supplies. As I pulled into the parking lot, there were more than enough places where I could set my vehicle. There really didn't seem to be much business at this location. To their credit, the customers seemed to be pulling up randomly, purchasing their item, and leaving within a few minutes. I was no exception to this trend. The store is large as expected with plenty of rooms between aisles. Any sales associate that was working seemed to be gainfully employed at the register or assisting a customer. I found what I was looking for within 5 minutes and continued on with my day afterwards. I have no complaints about this location and if you are looking for office supplies or equipment, this store probably has what you are looking for. read more

I went into Office Depot in San Angelo last week on a mission for my dad. I had no idea (really) what I was going after, but Deiter (sp?) was very helpful and understanding of my needs. He knew I was lost from the get go, and was very helpful, and my dad was pleased when I got home with what he wanted. I had no idea what size flash drive to get, and when I explained what they were for, Deiter was super understanding, and went above and beyond. I went into Office Depot today for some printing needs. Have always been satisfied with the work but today I was not just satisfied on my order but amazed.of the associate who helped me and two others she helped in between my order.. While Dani was working on my order, I saw a customer walked to the counter, another associate went to greet him and asked if he could help him. The customer in hand motions said he would wait for her as he pointed to Dani.. As soon as Dani had a chance she went up to the customer and helped him. I had to sit and admire how she helped this man. The man could barely talked, and when he did he spoke Spanish, used hand motions or wrote how he could what he needed. Some how Dani was able to communicate with him. I don't know if she has helped this man before but I know it was the first time she had helped me. It amazed me how Dani was helping three people, was cool about it and still carried a smile, I know she delivered satisfaction to her customers while I was there.. I talked to the manager about what I saw, I hope management sees what a great and hard worker Dani is...Thank u Dani for your work u did for me, I know I don't ask for easy tasks but U delivered.. I will continue to use Office Depot for my printing needs.. P.S. Actually everyone who has helped me here has delivered.. read more
