I was working on a self print project for invitations. Andrew at the print center went above and beyond to create an excellent customer service experience. Despite being busy with multiple customers, he maintained composure under what others might have viewed a stressful situation. He was so patient and helpful. The first time I printed my project, the ink didn't appear perfect and we switched to a new printer to make sure I was happy with the final result. He even helped me adjust my original file so that I could print two invitations per page to make it more cost effective. I was originally intimidated by trying to figure out the self service printing on my own but he jumped right in to make the process quick and simple. His kindness was so appreciated. I will definitely return to give my business to this Office Depot because of the great experience he created. I bought an office chair a week ago but it was not in stock in the store so the salesperson ordered for me to be delivered on 11/1. It was not. I called today and the representative said she would contact the 3rd party (?) delivery person and get it to me today. It was not delivered. This is unacceptable. She said ticket said unable to find address. Our mailbox is at the street like everyone else's with house number in two places. Our driveway is very long and windy but only lazy drivers don't make the trip but at least they leave packages propped against our trash cans at the top of the driveway. I'll not buy from there again. read more

Good and friendly service in this branch, shelves are always stocked and organized. Very important to always check their online prices before you purchase any electronic, ink, etc. Their online rates may be cheaper and they'll price match at the cashier. I wish that sales person didn't stock me for the entire time I was there trying to sell me ink monthly subscription... read more

Stop #2 in our search for a CPU ! Nice store, very clean and will have pretty much anything you need for your office needs. We found a great wireless Canon printer on sale for $70. Awesome ! I've had great luck with Canon so was very happy to find this here. Then off to look at the CPU's. Hubby found one he liked, was ready to buy, but a very talkative salesman talked my husband right out of the purchase. What a jerk. You know him, that techie know it all, but doesn't. He tried to talk us out of the printer we were going to buy spouting all this info we were not interested in. This is for home,, I don't care if another brans prints a few more pages! Ei yi yi !!! I order from Office Depot online for work all the time. I never think about giving kudos for the ho hum day to day companies & suppliers that get you through each day. The owner of the company wanted to try some software out so I purchased it last week in the store & loaded it over the weekend. Needless to say the software itself was only 1 star. But office depot took it back no questions & refunded the cost in full. So today they get full kudos, especially because they also did it with a friendly attitude. read more

Horrible the only person interested on working was the one in the area by the shipping area. There were about 3 customers who needed help and she was trying to accommodate as best to her ability everyone else including her manager walked past not even acknowledging us. We might as well have been invisible... After waiting about 10 mins only needing a stamp and envelope we left with no assistance at all. This is the BEST place to get school supplies! They have EVERYTHING! Including those every color of the rainbow, plastic, 3 pronged folders! And everyone is super helpful and friendly! The crowds are far less than other stores like Target or Walmart. But the best part is that they had ALL the supplies in one spot and LOTS of them. :) read more

I've been in this store 3 times within the past 2 weeks for last min school supplies for my kids & each time I've had to search out employees for assistance & when you finally get one they point & say "see that sign that says....., it's right by there". Go over there & you still can't locate what you're looking for so you have to go find an employee again. None of the employees asked anyone for assistance while I was there the 3 times & another patron made a comment to me as well about the lack of help! Went in there today 1:47pm to return 3 book covers & after waiting with 9 people in line & only 1 cashier & again patrons making comments about employees being present & no other cashier coming to assist one finally shows up! The cashier asked me for my receipt & I told her I didn't have one so she proceeded to tell me that the store doesn't allow returns w/o a receipt because of theft!!!! Huh! I assured her that I did not steal 3 book covers at $1.99 a piece! Then she says, I didn't say you stole them. Soooo I have to inquire if I can obtain a store credit & she sighs & walks away. Her customer service skills stink & retraining needs to take place in that store! The only person who smiled & had a nice greeting was Elliott when I bought the book covers the other day! He gets 5 stars! I asked the terrible cashier who the manager was & the cashier says to me "he's right there, you can go talk to him if you want". Why, thank you for that, are you sure I don't need a receipt to go speak to him! So after I had to ask for a store credit I finally received one! Will not be back there! read more

I went to Office Depot tonight wanting six copies the girls looked at me and said they were too busy to do my work. They had two other orders. Absolutely horrible customer service however, she gave me directions to Fed Ex. In my hands were $500 of 501/502 ink cartridges. I walked out and will never return. So you lost about $600 in business I guess it doesn't matter since your employees give directions to Fed Ex Kinkos. read more
