Finally went in yesterday (Thursday), one day shy of two weeks, and they told me they weren't quite done yet. I informed them that they WERE done and I was done. Paid them for what they had done and took my unfinished manuals. I mentioned that a phone call or two would have made a difference. Don't think they'll be seeing me again.

I have never encountered rudeness at any location but the staff at this location went above the norm. I was looking for something specific and was taken to the section containing what I was looking for and then given advice as to what selection I should make. The suggestion was not the most expensive or most popular but exactly what I needed and at a price that was less than what I was willing to pay. Don't be afraid to ask for help. These people are really there to help.
