To Management of Office Express, I have been a regular customer of your store for approximately seven years. During that time, I have visited once or twice a month and have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars with your business. Until recently, my experiences were consistently professional. Over the last six months, however, I have noticed a dramatic change in the way I am treated by certain employees. While one of your male employees has always been courteous, professional, and helpful, two female employees have repeatedly displayed hostility, disrespect, and unprofessional behavior toward me. On June 3, 2026, I came into your store to make approximately 150 copies. The copier was not functioning properly. An employee attempted to use the machine multiple times without success. I then requested only a few copies. No one informed me that there would be a different charge because an employee was making the copies rather than me making them myself. When I received my bill and asked about the pricing difference, I was met with an argumentative and dismissive attitude rather than a professional explanation. As I attempted to explain the situation, one employee repeatedly interrupted me, became increasingly rude, and refused to listen. Another employee eventually told her to stop arguing and move on. This was not an isolated incident. It was simply the latest example of a pattern of disrespectful treatment that I have experienced from the same individuals. I have never been rude, threatening, or disruptive in your store. In fact, over seven years, I have spoken very little to these employees beyond normal customer interactions. Yet I continue to be treated as though I am unwelcome. As a long-time customer, I find this disappointing. Customers should not be subjected to hostility, gossip, judgment, or unprofessional conduct while conducting ordinary business. Whether an employee personally likes a customer is irrelevant. Professionalism is part of the job. I am bringing this matter to your attention because I believe management should know how customers are being treated. My experience was brief but very pleasant. I had a small handful of documents from my brother's estate that needed to be securely disposed of. This place took my call and for just a few dollars took care of my problem. I was also pleased that I was able to drop off my brother's computer for secure disposal of the hard drive. I was just reading a review that almost mirrors my recent experience with this place (several months ago). I have been a frequent customer until recently. The customer service has dramatically changed in the last 6 months or so. But my last experience was the absolute worst. I came in to scan & copy some documents. First of all when you walk up to the desk they look at each other like "shit, another damn customer". You sure don't feel welcome. And it seems as though all the menopausal lady cared about was eating her food food food (sitting there on the desk). I was an intrusion. That said, she was incredibly rude the entire time & the other employees (her husband?) seemed to be afraid of her & wouldn't dare interrupt her exceptionally rude behavior. I was really shocked. It used to seem like a nice family business, but not anymore. They should probably create a designated lunch break area so that the staff doesn't resent the customers so much. I went into Office Express today to have some posters I made printed large scale. They were friendly and worked with me to make sure my designs were correct before printing. They also, to my surprise, cut the finished prints so I wouldn't have to do it myself! The quality was exceptional and better than I could have imagined. They were quick and had my posters as well as some other color copies printed and ready to go in a few hours (would have been less but the large scale needed time to dry) I will definitely be going back for some other projects. read more

I called and needed my laptop looked at and they charge nothing. As a amateur pc guy. I tried to fix a "hard drive not found" error and ended up making it much worse. My dell Inspiron would not start and was useless. Chris removed and reinstalled my broken hard drive, with a new one. Then, reinstalled windows that I had lost, all for $100. A reasonable price for quality work. My laptop runs like new. A half terabyte hard drive, runs lightning fast and all is back to,normal. Thanks so much guys, not wonder you have 5-stars. read more

Kelly was very nice and helpful unfortunately the 2 gentlemen that first waited me were agumentative about my project. The older man snached my poster board out of my hand and got cross and snippy with me when I questioned the quality of the print. Wow, I'm impressed! My order (100 color flyers) was done the same day, within an hour, and it wasn't even a rush job. The flyers look fantastic! Office Express was easy to find and had plenty of parking. They have an assortment of office supplies for sale and copiers for personal use as well. Both employees that I dealt with over the phone were friendly and informative. The employees within the office were also very nice and helpful. The price for my flyers was incredible. Less than $20. I am COMPLETELY frustrated. I went in one time and they were more than amazing. Today I went in to get a copy and it came out BLANK!!! I said something happened so I still have to pay for it and he said "well I do" no remorse no nothing! So I said well I can use this paper (since it was BLANK!) and he said once it goes through the feeder it can't again! So I paid for 7 copies of NOTHING AND LEFT! yes .37 is not a lot of money but it's the POINT! Ugh, talk about frustrating. I won't be going there anymore. Great local business with all the office everything from office furniture to floor protection, stationary to general office needs. They also provide copying and faxing services. I stopped in yesterday to get a photo printed. Bought a frame which was priced way to high. I saw one in Walmart for $1.50 about the same quality. They charged about $5.50. Then when I had him print the photo, he handed me a copy. I though was a sample to see how it came out printed on regular paper. But no it was the one he sold me. I could not believe he did not use photo paper. and he charged me $9. something. I did not count the change. I just thought for the cheap frame and photo on plane paper was a little to much to charge. I will be looking for another place to get photo printed from now on. does any body know anyplace to get document size photos printed. In this area read more
