We were greeted by 5 or 6 happy and smiling babies and 2 wonderful teachers. They immediately started cooing and loving with our son. We immediately knew that this preschool was they best environment for our 6 month old son. The teacher to child ratio is perfect here 3:1. They always have 2 teachers to be able to provide love and compassion to the children. The children learn social queues and do many arts and crafts here. I love that the teachers really create a bond with the children and treat them as if they are part of their own family. They have an outdoor play area that is safe and protected. The daily Mass is presided by Father L. Muro who presents the Catholic and biblically based homilies that truly help my daily journey out in the world. Father integrates Scripture and shares from his own experiences , strengths - always challenging me to change, turn from sin and believe that Jesus loves me. " Jesus asks us to follow Him, to love Him. He asks us to turn from sin, and He forgives us. We need to repent. Jesus loves us." Fr. Muro. This is one of the homilies that always stays with me and helps me on my daily Catholic journey. Adoration simply must be experienced by the reader! Spending quiet, intimate time with The Blessed Sacrament is indescribable with words for me...I'll try. Imagine face to face with Jesus, i listen. I know Jesus is right there with me. Food is served, their hospitality is one of a kind. Aloha is everywhere. While we are in Covid, the services are done 2 times a month in an outdoor area at The Torrey Pines Church in La Jolla. A lot of people also tune in online. Aloha's people are wonderful and the messages are always inspirational.
