My husband found this company through another chimney sweep company. The technician, John, was able to come on MLK holiday. He listened to what we needed, did a thorough inspection, and worked on repairing the pilot. It took him less than an hour to get everything working. The price he told us was very reasonable. We were relieved when he told us that our igniter was no longer working and we needed to replace it. He said that he would need a couple of days to quote the price for the igniter, and then when the part arrived, he would schedule the service to replace the igniter.
