Worst customer service I have ever encountered in a business. I wanted to purchase a new lap top…read morethis morning and the sales person refused to show me the computer that i was interested in because it was not on Display. Staples here in Pueblo did not have any in stock but found one in Springs. I drove all the way to Colorado Springs and purchased a lap top from Staples. Got home and went to transfer microsoft office to my new comouter only to find out that Office Max did not use my micro soft account to install Office on the broken lap top that i purchased from them 3 years ago. So basically I paid $269 for a program that they stole from me by not registering it to me when they installed it. And they did not provide me with a product code so now I am forced to purchase this expensive program again. Oh did I mention that Office Max does not have records from 3 years ago and can not help me even though i have my receipt. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Go to Staples...very helpful and courteous staff.
