Paid for a tile bond in July there was some confusion about where the title was coming from…read more.. hired The Bond Girls to do the job, I was able to get a tag but 4 months later I've yet to receive a title, August 13th the State of GA sent a letter stating they needed a "certified title record for Ohio" they stated that the print off they sent to The State has been sufficient for previous titles, however this time a certified one was needed all this time they knew exactly what was needed, I even called the state to confirm what was needed they are just now requesting the certified copy the week of 10/13 two months later after they were told what exactly what was needed Kayla over there said she had to mail the request....... I just ordered one online now I know this office full of women couldn't figure that out faster than 2 months post certified title request letter.... I'm disappointed and saddened by the lack of effort and this office cutting corners on my title I know I have my tag but I'm unable to sell the vehicle until I received my title they have held up this process for over 4 months this is unacceptable I don't see the value in this business at all!!! You've wasted my time, and money and I'm unable to sell this car,,,, their 13 years of expertise down the drain..... once again the print out you sent it wasn't an official copy so they returned it and asked for a certified title the Bond girls are overlooking the fact it too an additional two months to put their heads together to order the certified title history yes the state of Georgia decides the title but they told your company what was required on 8/13 it's October 16th and a certified copy was just requested this week!!!!

I dropped off a package on Friday and was told it would be handed off to USPS on Monday, but as of Thursday evening, it still hasn't been shipped. This delay is especially concerning because the package contains an expensive perfume, and the situation is now reflecting poorly on my business. I've always had positive experiences before, so this was unexpected and frustrating. I hope they can improve communication and ensure timely handling of shipments moving forward. As of right now I'm considering the package stolen.

This review is about the attitude of some of the staff that works at this location. When you drop off a box and request a receipt for the drop off, the employee should graciously accept the request and print you one, hopefully with a smile or at least with a friendly attitude. What they should not do is act as if you are putting them out, throwing their hands in the air out of frustration because they have to stop what they are doing, say "give me a second!!" in a frustrating and nasty tone to go and print you a receipt they should do automatically anyway. Being a business owner myself, employees need to realize that the personality they project to their customers determines if a person will come back or not. I requested the receipt and was even patient while he finished up what he was doing, despite his rude behavior and demeanor. I almost asked him if I was putting him out, by requesting something that should be automatic in the first place, but I didn't because I was not sure what he would do to my package when I left. You do not act like that with a customer period, especially one who has every right to ask for a receipt for their records no matter how bad your day is or what you are in the middle of at the time. I was nice and patient, you were neither. Do better Pakmail in Alpharetta.
