After many problems with my reservation, I had to deal with management and they suck. However, front desk ladies and servers were nice. The SPA was closed for maintenance the weekend I went (NYE weekend). The decoration is modern and cozy, same for the rooms. It's located right at the bottom of the slopes and lifts, so convenient!
