She and another female associate were constantly helping customers with battery installations while still making sure everyone was taken care of. If you let them know that you're disabled and require accommodation they will attack you and throw it in your face that you're disabled and making such a request. The lady working the counter and answering the phone right now 2:45 pm is a instigator, exaggerator, and refuses to assist in the simplest of ways. She was giving me a hard time about trying to figure things out. She put me on hold making it seem like she was going to find out if there was adapters for the part in question and instead she's sicked her rabid manager on me for not tolerating her laziness and disrespect about my need for a disability accommodation. It's not hard to figure out what rear windshield wiper goes on a Toyota Sienna. It's part of your job ladies! It is not part of your job and you do not get paid to disrespect, put down, laugh at, and make fun of your disabled patrons for needing and requesting accommodations for they're disabilities. It's not like it's some exotic vehicle. Disgusting behavior today! Trying to provoke someone like me over simply trying to figure out what rear wiper to obtain. I generally shop at the orange parts store, but have dropped by NAPA about 4 times since moving to the surrounding neighborhood. The staff lacks customer service skills. They seem to have something bothering them every time i've dropped in for a part - Maybe they dont like their job? Their POS seems to have issues often, its completely outdated from the 80s. Employees seem to get frustrated about it as much as customers trying to pay (it takes a while for them to enter information before taking paymen).. The shelves are stocked but not fully - call ahead to see if the part is available. Phone hold time is generally 5-10 minutes. Its the largest NAPA ive been to so I assume by the size of their warehouse in the back, the lack of product inventory, and less than satisfactory customer service, that they are very profitable and make their money on b2b sales. I'll continue to drop by, but only if im in a bind. Lack of inventory, phone wait time and outdated POS wouldn't be an issue if they balanced it off with excellent customer service.

We weren't set on anything specific at first but after talking with Tim and looking at the long picture, opted for the electric step. Told to plan for 1 full day but we lucked out (only took about 3 1/2 hrs). What a huge difference these have made. No more ripped jeans or having to hold onto and slide down the side of the seat all the while holding onto for dear life.
