When we insisted they finish it to perfect working order before we made the final 5k balance payment; they refused and threatened if we did not pay them the balance for the incomplete site, with 100s of bugs and misaligned product/prices/features all loaded wrong, they would pull our entire site illegally from our host. 3Dcart, the cart they built our site on charges 1000 for this EXACT same site building service they charged us 11,000 for. So if you want this cart order directly from them or another shopping cart, who offer in-house design and unlimited free training. The director for our project at Graphically speaking called us from his home and apologized for the horrible experience and the unprofessional owner/operator at Graphically speaking who actually called and THREATEDNED us, swore at us when we said we simply were not pleased with the product and it was not complete/in working order as per contract. As a US company it did not behoove us to open a lawsuit for 10k in Canada, and so we were forced to pay and then get 3Dcart to help us finish and get it working. The Graphically Speaking employee was so ashamed he offered to help us get the store working on his own personal time as he felt horrible he had sold us this service from his rude unprofessional 'asshole' employer/owner of Graphically Speaking. In 15 years with large corporations and running my own 3 companies nowhere in the world have I had a worse experience, been so ripped off or so unprofessionally treated as by Graphically Speaking, a total disgrace to Canadian service industry.
