Also, the place is labeled as a place for Vietnamese specialties, but there were in fact maybe only 3-4 things on the whole menu of 50 items that were Vietnamese. No Pho, no cafe suda, no vermicelli, etc. In fact, most of the things here were Chinese. The sizzling beef and onion dish was not served on a sizzling plate. The only shining point was the lemongrass chicken, which is a Vietnamese dish, and was done well. Maybe this is all Nimes has to offer in terms of Chinese food, but color me disappointed.
