been coming here for the past few years. today i got an inexperienced boy/man. he cut me and really had no idea what he was doing. If you are paying good money for a professional mani pedi the customer should not be a training ground for new techs. with so many nail salons around i will not be coming back. read more

This place used to be great. The last 3 visits were very disappointing. They rushed through my services (this time they did not use the timer on purpose), and the nail technicians were quite rough on the manicures. I made a 4:30 appt for a pedicure, was sat in a chair, and waited 40 minutes for anyone to come over. I booked the appt earlier in the day. They very often take your appt and have no space for you when you get there. They are always prioritizing the gel nails. They are pleasant enough, but the service has gone downhill. For $90, I will find another salon that respects my time. read more

Starting coming here 2 years ago and thought I found a gem! Service started deteriorating ever since. I brought my elderly mom here for a pedicure (not the first time there) and we got a very inexperienced technician who wound up causing much more harm than good. Using one of the electrical file machines, she cut off half of one of her big toe nails. The other foot's big toe started bleeding pretty profusely. I had to intervene the technician and told her not to continue to put nail polish or do anything else. The worst part is that instead of being given a free service or free next time service, they charged us $10 extra on the pedicure, because they spent time trying to stop the toe from bleeding!! Will not go back for sure and do not recommend. (I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I have had positive experiences there in the past) read more

Since changing over our nails never break. My daughter gets a design every time and they look great! We can both go 3 weeks between fills with no issue! We make appts for the same time on Saturdays and never have to wait. read more

rude. didn't give me the color i wanted. some of the nails didn't match the color of the others. when i pointed that out they were very rude about it. definitely not coming here again. these were supposed to be safe green. definitely not worth $75 this is what i got compared vs what i asked for read more

I have been going to this salon for years and always leave incredibly pleased. The entire staff really does an excellent job and the different services offered are immense. The space is clean and the chairs separated by a good length so you never feel on top of the person next to you. Lovely spa-like music enhances the entire experience.
