We even drove from Tampa, even though there's a food truck closer, because we really wanted the full sit-down dining experience. This was my first time trying the shrimp and the buns, and let me tell you... the buns did NOT disappoint. They were so fluffy, cooked perfectly, and absolutely delicious. And the bang bang shrimp? I loved it almost more than the ahi tuna. It had the most perfect crisp and crunch. You order outside and everything is made fresh. It didn't take too long at all, and the food came out warm and insanely good. I'm a huge dumpling girl, so I already know I need to go back ASAP to try the truffle gyoza and the wagyu gyoza.
