We took engagement photos with Kim Russell Photography. When we got our proofs, she included…read moreseveral sample save-the-dates that we could order through her. She got my fiance's name wrong on all of them (even though she had his name in writing), and when I emailed her to correct it, she did not even apologize for or acknowledge the mistake-- terrible customer service. Our package included a 1-hour photography session, two 8x10 prints, and a web-ready disc of all images that we could use for posting our pictures to our wedding website, facebook, etc. When we received the package, the two 8x10s we selected were very bad quality-- the coloring was off and we both looked like ghosts! We will never display them in our home and even my mom didn't want them! For the "web-ready disc," every single image had Kim Russell's name/logo across the MIDDLE of the photo, which made them look terrible... the name should have been at the top or bottom of the photo if she wanted to advertise. Again, I'm not displaying the images anywhere. All in all, even though we didn't pay all that much for the package, it was a complete waste and I regret purchasing through Kim Russell Photography. I would not recommend her to anyone.
