Nothing special, simple picture and was told to "watch the website for when all of the pictures are uploaded". Really???? The vehicle was in their detail shop or out for detail (don't know) and that was the reason for his response. And he said "I forget all the time, so it's best to just keep checking the website". Huh.... Really??? Here's an option, maybe ask the detail person to take a picture with their phone and then you can send it to me. The speed of light is 186k mps/per second which is the speed the picture would travel down/across a fiber network (minus network limitations). Pretty quick, provides quality customer service and easy too. Oh well, not to worry. I've been a salesman all my life and in my 60's now and I can assure you I will not be "checking your website" for updates.

I would not recommend Doan Ford Body Shop based on my experience. My car was there for 32 days for…read morewhat should have been a door replacement, repair of a chip on the rear driver-side door, and blue marks on the passenger side. From the very beginning, I had issues with the estimate. The body shop manager, Jessica Dingus, left damage off the estimate that needed repaired, and I had to constantly fight to get things addressed correctly. The assistant manager, Tim Greathouse, repeatedly told me they were "losing money" on my vehicle and even threatened to charge me storage fees if I didn't pick the car up. When I finally got the car back, the paint did not match the rest of the vehicle, there were two paint runs in the finish, and there are still three chips left in the paint on the rear door. I had to argue just to get the paint runs fixed. I also spoke with the general manager, Steve Mercer, who basically told me he had "washed his hands" of the situation and there was nothing more they could do. I then tried reaching out to the owner's son, Jay Strous, for answers, but he wouldn't even come out of his office to look at the car and said he had nothing to do with the body shop. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience with poor communication, unfinished work, and customer service that made me feel completely dismissed. Please beware before taking your vehicle here.
