RCW is a certified Milgard dealer. Starting with the receptionist in their sales office, Geoff the sales guy, David and his brother who demo'd and installed the new windows...all were very professional and very helpful along the way. I seeked out 3 companies to bid my project. River City Windows and one other were the only ones to respond. River City's bid was the lowest quote for a model window one up from a competitor. It was a now brainer for me to decide who to go with. Once on the job, David and his team ensured everything was tarped off to capture all the debri, very methodical in their demo and installation process, and ensured everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. A phrase David told me "we treat your property as if it was our own". Love this! Had to wait about a week for the stucco guy to come out and restucco around the windows. It's all done and he blended in the new stucco with the existing THANK YOU River City Windows for a job well done. I'm a very happy customer!!

Honestly, it would've been fine either way, but I love that it was a woman. Every step of the way every one was pleasant to deal with and competent at their job. They have a very dialed-in process and communications. Last, but certainly not least, the workmanship was excellent. We love our new windows and they have made our new home and workshop 100% better! I reached out to at least seven companies, but none were able to come out to replace them for at least a week, until Angelo responded. Angelo and his wife were able to come out same day and install a brand new shower frame and two new doors. The best part is that the price was extremely affordable.
