I found this boutique a few years ago and even worked with them at one point as I was in the same line of business. However my last transaction is my last. First, I am a clothing manufacturer that produces overseas. I bought some items from them and had a problem with the last piece. It did not fit and it was not cut to size -- meaning to a size chart. The closure on the piece was on the garment. I was told if I sent it back but it was deemed damaged they would give back the shipping. guess what they got the piece back and told me it was a true fitm yes for a barbie and it was my fault about the closure on the back . I was lucky to get a refund. I recommended their boutique to a friend who became a customer. I know if there is a response it will be that they said I could send it back over two weeks with my friend. I did not know when I would see her and spent one hour at a post office paying to send it back. I told Meagan the manager, who said you should come try clothes on instead of ordering online. I live two hours away and that's why I ordered it online. My friend who is local came to pick it up. I told her based on my experience I would not be shopping there anymore and nor would my friend. She said she did not care that was my choice and to have a good day. Then you wonder why small businesses suffer. I will take my business else where and let all my friends know -- I have more than one not to shop there. I am sure they have plenty of customers so losing a few really doesn't matter. They refused to refund me my money from a shirt a purchased online that I went to pick up at the store, as soon as I saw it in person I knew it was too small for me, a bigger size was requested but shockingly they were sold out, I never took the merchandise out of the store nor did I tried them on!! I have been following Ohm Boutique's Instagram account for a while and love all their stuff so I finally decided to buy a shirt from here last night! From the moment I walked in Nicole and another girl (I didn't catch her name) greeted me and made me feel welcomed. I really appreciated Nicole's attentiveness with helping me get a fitting room started and helping me find the stuff I was looking for. Usually when I go to other boutiques, the girls look less than thrilled to work there, are on their phones, aren't attentive or just seem annoyed of having to answer questions or help out. I love this boutique! I follow them on IG and they constantly post pictures of their outfits so you know what they have before going into the store! The owner is very friendly and sweet. Prices are high like most boutique but you do get a better quality of clothes! Once I bought a pair of jeans and the very next day they had a sale and I called back and asked if I could return the jeans and buy them again with the sale and they said no, that was kind of a bummer as it had been literally one day since I bought the jeans and they were unworn but I guess those are the rules! I don't usually review stores, but this one really deserved one, with 5 stars to boot. I'm a late 20s recent mom of 1. I wouldn't say I'm old, but after having my son (and the body changes that came along with being a mom), I've had a hard time dressing my postpartum body. I thought my days of shopping at cute boutiques and wearing young-style clothing would become a thing of the past. I started following this boutique on IG, and I decided to order a shirt from their website for in store pick up. I loved the shirt so much, I ordered it in 3 colors. Today, I went and picked up my most recent order. I was greeted by a friendly store clerk (or Ohm Doll, as they call it), and while I carried my baby sleepy baby in one arm, she helped me shop for an outfit. She was really courteous, and mindful of my requests for "nothing sleeveless, see-thru, or cropped." I ended up not buying anything today because the baby was asleep and I couldn't try anything on, but I will definitely be coming back. I have shopped at MANY boutiques in Miami, and many times what I have gotten as far as service are stuck up store clerks and less-than-great quality clothing. My experience with Ohm has been the polar opposite of that. I will be shopping here more often. read more

The clothes in this boutique are very trendy and reasonably priced. My favorite things that they carry are the more casual clothes such as their shorts, printed pants, and daytime dresses. Their bikinis are beautiful too but they tend to be expensive. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I have told her what kind of clothes I am looking for and for what event and she does not hesitate to pull things off the racks for me to try on or even bring me more things to the fitting room. They constantly update their Facebook and Instagram page with new outfits and are upfront in telling you what it costs. They don't hide it the way other boutiques do where you have to call or e-mail them. I don't see the need for the secrecy. If I had not moved away for college I would be here more often, but every time I come back I make sure I stop by. read more

I ordered a pant suit online and was not worth the amount of money I paid for. The fabric was see through and quality was poor. The strings are already dismantled and I've only worn it once. Also ordered a dress. Fabric is very thin and and see through. Too much money for quality of product. the stuff is cute but not so sure of the quality worth the price. read more

I like this boutique. I found about them through Instagram. The items are reasonable priced; I just couldn't find a lot of options for my size (medium & large curvy girl) and body type. Everything seemed to be for a petite type of girl. I had to ask the store clerk for help with an outfit for an event at first but she did remain attentive while I tried different outfits on.
