The theater is large enough but not too large. The sound and lighting were perfect. The seats are individual seats with armrests and big enough so that you don't feel like you are sitting in someone else's personal space. The online ticket purchase was easy and pickup was fast. The seating in the theater consists of couches, love seats, big comfy chairs and some table/chair combos making it feel like you're watching the play from your living room. They also have a small concession area in the lobby where you can purchase drinks (non alcoholic, beer and wine) and snacks to enjoy while watching the show. It's community theater so you need to keep in mind that a lot of the actors are still developing their craft and with this performance in particular there were several children, but overall I really enjoyed the performances. One of the coolest things about Giving Tree though is that for every production they put on, the actors decide on a charity and they donate a portion of the proceeds to that charity--hence the name Giving Tree Theater. I will definitely be getting tickets to Peter and the Starcatcher in Feb/March.

And then during intermission they don't turn the lights on so you can see the steps and somebody fell. We were worried about the steps, but you really can't see them in the dark so they really need to turn the lights on during intermission when people are going to the restroom. And they need to get the air conditioning fixed because we won't be going back until they do it was really a bad experience with the heat, very uncomfortable so much so we couldn't enjoy the show we paid for

Parking is a non issue. The facilities are great-- though I can't say there's a lot of handicapped options for seating and the bathroom situation on the main level is absurd, with two stalls.
