As a patient seeking help for pain, communication matters. Before my appointment, I tried to confirm the details but did not receive a clear response by email, text, or phone. When a medical office is difficult to reach before you are even seen, that raises serious concerns about how responsive they will be once you are actually under their care. After receiving no confirmation, I contacted the office. When I did not receive a confirmation of the cancellation, I called a second time and left a voicemail message canceling my appointment a second time. Despite that, I was later billed as a "no show", which is unacceptable. If the office fails to respond, fails to properly confirm an appointment, and then fails to process a cancellation, the patient should not be penalized for that breakdown. I cannot speak to the doctor's medical care because I never made it that far. But I can speak to the office experience, and it was poor enough that I chose not to proceed. For anyone dealing with pain, the last thing you need is added stress, unclear communication, and billing issues before care has even begun. This experience left me with the impression that the practice is more focused on collecting fees than making patients feel heard, supported, and properly cared for.

It took about a month for me to get in so when I went in I was not even 2 months post op from my ankle surgery. I met with Jacob who is Dr. Ho's PA. After about 10 mins of telling him about the issues I've been having, I was told I had a rare pain disorder and then offered an array of options that could help with my nerve pain ranging from injections to a very invasive nerve stimulator that could be implanted after a trial period. The nerve stimulator was really being pushed and I felt overwhelmed the whole appointment because I wasn't even 2 months post op and I'm being told that I had this pain disorder and would need to get a nerve stimulator implanted if my symptoms didn't improve. Which again, I wasn't even 2 months post op. During this appt I did meet with Dr. Ho and he said that he agreed with Jacob on the plan, which was prescribe an anti inflammatory and order a lumbar MRI. when I asked the Dr. how long it could take to recover from this CRPS and he said, "it could not get better and last forever" and "sometimes PT can help like you're doing already"then was pushed on this nerve stimulator again by him. I was told to consider the injection and other treatment options they offered and that they would call me back when my MRI results came in. Fast forward to my MRI being done and scheduling another appt. It wouldn't be for another month. On 6/12/26, I called the clinic due to my sciatic pain getting worse and asked if I could make my appt for 6/24/26 to an injection appt instead since that was offered to me at my first appt. I was told that I had to have a follow up appt first before I booked an injection appt and that if I did an injection it would have to be on a different date. I shared my frustration of how I feel it's a waste of time and a co pay for me to just drive all the way out to Tigard to talk about an MRI and that since an injection was offered I don't understand why I can't just do that. I got nowhere with that conversation and was offered a virtual appt instead so I didn't have to waste time driving out to the clinic to go over my MRI results. I really tried to give this clinic a chance but it seems like they are just looking to string you along to get as many co pays from you and sell you on really expensive procedures and equipment. It's unethical and unprofessional. Needless to say, I will be cancelling my future appts and will be seeking a second opinion from another pain management clinic. Don't waste your time and do what's best for you, this clinic does not care about you. They just want your money.

Told by one of the associates that the practice had been advised not to see anyone of "Medicare" age while various approvals were being sought. We were very hopeful that this "different" approach to our condition might provide some hope and could not be told when we could possibly be seen. The lack of professional practice management makes us doubt the value and skills of this approach and we will be unlikely to accept a future appointment. Extremely disappointed! Felt we were told a series of lies regarding the scheduled appointment. Seriously deficient in management of the basics of a health-related practice. This rating would be lower if it was offered.

I. WAS. NOT. got pissed off as anyone would be for the accusation and told everyone in the building i was drunk and to end working with me. then would not even LET me drive home. sent a fucking UBER. took my keys and wouldn't let me have them back!!! WHAT THE HELL. i went to my doctor afterwards and asked them to draw my blood to see if there was any alcohol in my system. none. had to come back in the next day to get my keys. everyone at the front desk were whispering about me and giving me disgusted looks. and mrs zilinski never talked to me blatantly ignoring me when i tried to speak to her again about it. and brushed me off and walked away. that is the most unprofessional thing i've ever seen from a LICENSED professional, who is a "psychologist". assuming and accusations based off their actions towards the situation. I absolutely recommend the neurologist side, but NEVER go to her. i am absolutely appalled by the way i was treated by her and the childish behavior and comments she chose to unprofessionally spoke towards me. 0 stars actually -10 stars for what SHE chose to say about me with a literal doctors confirmation that i was sober. im extremely sad and angry still 6 months later than i cannot see them anymore because of being accused and mistreated by her. on another note: intensive care therapy treatment for ONE week costed me $10,000 so imagine the TWO weeks to be treated for my 7 different diagnoses i was given all at once in august that means i spent $20,000 for the neurology team to help me get better results... one appointment with mrs. zilinsky on the psychological side costed me $350-425 and i saw her twice. unbelievable it's almost like she just wanted my money instead of being the role she played being a "professional" before she kicked me out and still required me to pay for the appointment that i barely was 15 minutes into. According to the CDC, ME/CFS affects "836,000 to 2.5 million Americans," but Dr. Kaur had never heard of it. Despite her ignorance of this illness, she still told me to start exercising, which is not what a doctor should be advising because it can worsen symptoms. Dr, Kaur was unprepared for my visit, proudly ignorant of my condition and still willing to make judgments about my care despite her ignorance.

Even though I explained that I wasn't seeking care for that particular diagnosis, but needed further testing, they insisted that the "clinic wouldn't be the right fit for [me]". Wholesale refusal of care based on one diagnosis (which is in and of itself neurology-related) is discriminatory and unacceptable. The people making decisions around who to see and who to shut out should be ashamed of themselves. It's difficult enough to deal with chronic illnesses without medical gatekeeping. Disgusting.
