They then replaced the screen, and it was ok for 2 weeks. I brought it back in again when I noticed that the screen was separating from the chassis. Alex took it apart, but could not put it back together because he said the chassis was bent. The only solution offered was to replace the chassis, with no other less expensive option to repair it. I since took it to another repair shop, paid $25, and it is now working fine. I don't know about computer repairs, but I would not recommend this store for repairing your phone.

For today's visit, it was the owner or else an adult male. He changed the protector, then pointed to the damaged crack that was still showing on my phone, and told me my actual *phone glass* is damaged. Oh no! He said they could fix it if I come in tomorrow. At home, I luckily noticed there were multiple fingerprints on the inside of the protector he installed--so he had installed it badly and too quickly. I peeled it off, and to my shock, saw that he had also left the *previous screen protector on!* (so there were 2 protectors attached), and the previous one was the one with a crack--not my phone screen! When there, I had kept pointing at the previous protector and telling him I had purchased it from his store the day before. Sigh.
