We scored a beautiful wood rocker, a deviled egg plate and a specialty license plate. A little something for everyone :) It is a great place to wander and find treasures and the owners (I assume) who checked us out were so friendly! Go to Florence, to Mezzanine, go find a treasure!

She helped me select the right parts and assured me she would be there for consult if I needed additional help. They have everything for doors, hinges, pulls knobs you could ever need if you are doing restoration or just want to add a vintage touch to your home. They also have an online catalog of all the old doors they have in stock. In addition to the doors they have wood and many other salvage materials - there is too much to list here. Bonus is the fun shopping in the back of mid-century modern furniture and accessories. Definitely worth a trip here if you are looking for unique vintage pieces for your home remodel.

I stopped in just to see what they had, and ended up having trouble leaving the place! I am not a huge shopper usually, but their selection of vintage clothing and hats was unexpectedly wonderful. It seems that they rent out space to several antique dealers, because there was one particular woman selling there who had marked all of her vintage hats at 50% off that weekend - she said that she had started with over 200, and was down to the last 50 or so. The selection was still pretty great, and I ended up getting a veiled hat that I love. The owners were friendly and helpful, and they have a very cute and quiet dog hanging out behind the register with them :) If you find yourself in Florence, do yourself a favor an stop by this place!

Walking in the one room and then the main room, we explored the nooks and crannies and found some great stuff. I was impressed by how the store supports local artists and good causes with their work and fundraisers allowed in the store. Met the shop owner Kathy who provided lots of local information for my friend who has a house in the area. Also met Zero the store mascot/dog. Poor baby needs an operation and they were raising money for that. He was adopted and is such a cutie. Prices are in line with stores in the area. I found a sewing practice kit and kit to make cat stuffies. He found some stained glass art for his property. The cashier was super friendly too. It was a great visit.

I love the Colorado scenery and animals. The different materials used to make art and supporting the local artists are passions of mine. Rose Starling was in house and cashiering. Her beautiful paintings on canvas, feathers and paper are gorgeous. They bring feelings of peace and nostalgia. She's so sweet and we visited for a little. I selected a light switch cover and a greeting card. I wandered around admiring the house as much as the items. There's an upstairs which is also filled with merchandise to purchase. I liked looking at the different rooms and the fixtures from years past. I ended up purchasing several greeting cards which were photography work and paintings. They will be wonderful to send to family and friends. Prices range from $3 upwards.
