Hands down the best ramen in Winchester! Finally made my way over here and I wish it didn't take so long because Oishii is delicious. Our sever Benny had a great sense of humor and was very attentive. He kinda laughed when I asked about some of the details of the dishes but I found that charming and entertaining. The decor inside is very clean, and decorated pretty well and has a classier feel than most of the other Asian restaurants in the area. The food, is as good as it gets. Finally got a chance to check this place out. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. It's actually pretty nice inside with booths and a bar for the sushi area. We were greeted right away and sat in a booth. Service was quick and friendly. We ordered two apps - the Kaarage Chicken and Gyoza. They came out quickly and were hot and fresh. I enjoyed the Gyoza more than the chicken. Breading was a bit too thick for me. I ordered the Chicken Ramen and they brought me Pork Ramen. I didn't notice at first that it was not chicken and started eating it. We realized our server Benny had brought me the wrong dish. I had already started eating it and I'm not that person that really sends things back. So I just ate it anyways. Broth was good. The ramen was decent considering we don't really have any ramen places in the area. I've had some of the best ramen in the DMV, so for me it was def mid. But for Winchester it is a good addition since this type of food is def lacking. I would probably go back. delicious food! we got the steak (medium) and chicken hibachi with white rice, the angel roll, the butterfly roll, mini steamed pork buns, and miso soup. at the last minute we added a boba tea. it was MASSIVE! for only 6.99. what a deal. the sushi was great and the hibachi was some of the most flavorful and well-cooked that i've had in a long time. i'm serious! our server was lovely and called us honey she tha best. also there are floating noodles in there that are super funny. we ate the food so fast i forgot ti take pictures but there was this awesome picture on the wall. come here NOW!!!! yay :D read more

This was our first trip here. It was... Fine. maybe a little less than that. To qualify, we didn't have any of the Ramen or the appetizers. The decor is average and a little weird, the music was pretty loud and a little distracting. The server was very nice. The sushi itself was OK. We had two of the special rolls and they were both fresh and well-made. Overall, I thought the selection of sushi seemed to emphasize the sauces and design more than any interesting fresh flavor choices. We had a salad which was supposed to be a fish salad in a vinaigrette, but felt more like a Panko salad. The edamame were really tough and a little dry. There was nothing wrong with Oishii, it seems well placed as a place where people in the motel next-door can get some convenient food. For someone who lives here, though, there are far better choices. read more

I had the miso soup (real miso with small cubed tofu etc.) and I tried the spicy girl roll and dancing eel rolls, and they were absolutely fantastic. Stopped at this place after a 12 hour road trip. The food was delicious and the staff friendly and efficient. My husband had shoyu tonkotsu which was delicious. I had the tantanmen which was spicy but also delicious. We had gyoza for appetizers- amazing. Of note, my husband and daughter stopped here a year ago and had a similar experience. My new favorite sushi place. VERY fresh and tasty. I also had a house Ramen noodle (mix of beef, chicken and shrimp in fried Ramen noodle), it was good, nothing spectacular. I did ask for it to be made "a little spicy". Oh boy, did they deliver on the spicy part! Good thing I like it like that. First and last time here. I ordered several appetizers for takeout. They were all TERRIBLE except for the edamame. The chicken wings were so salty, they were inedible. The crab rangoon had no crab rangoon - just limp shells with remnants of cream cheese filling. The dumplings were too salty.
