Last time they're machine for points wasn't working thought I'd still get points since I spend a decent amount of money there. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, asked for 10% off since last time I spent about $60 and should have had a discount by now "manager" says "I'm not doing that" and I was pretty surprised honestly since it was the same person working when the machine wasn't working and clearly remembered because followed by saying "that was a long time ago" (last month). Because of the rude manner and overall terrible customer service I responded by saying "okay I might need to just find a new shop to go to", The "manager" responded "Well I don't care" had me straight shocked lol. what the actual heck is going on there where $5 is worth more than a loyal customer and because I shop there so much and definitely should have had a discount by now I was treated with disrespect.
