There was a bit of a wait once I got there -- maybe 15 minutes -- but not a huge deal. Jeff is super-friendly and very chatty. He explained everything thoroughly, and I didn't find the adjustments painful. One nice thing is that he doesn't push X-rays (I especially appreciated that, as a nursing mom) or a bunch of follow-up visits. He even said, "Unless this is a pain you've had for 20 years, if I haven't gotten it fixed in three visits, I'm doing something wrong." That was nice to hear, as some of the chiropractors I was looking at before he was recommended seemed to expect you to be coming back for MONTHS! I've had two visits now (with instructions to make another if the pain comes back), and I feel great! If I have any more back or neck issues, I'll definitely see Jeff again.
