When we checked in they gave us a room let's say it was room 208. I asked where that was located, the response was "the 200th hall". Due to other issues we spoke to the general manager who was rude and unfriendly. They then wouldn't cancel our rooms so we could stay elsewhere. The pool is fantastic though!
