Had a run in with a post in our garage. Post had zero damage, couldn't say the same for my car…read more Really surprised at how much the fender crumpled with such little impact. Got quotes from several different body shops in town. For such a small about of damage and considering the frame was not affected I was shocked at how much the repair was going to be and how long these shops wanted to keep my vehicle, some places said it would be as long as 2 weeks. Came across Burbank Pant & Body via a Nextdoor post and decided to go by and get a quote. Bruno gave me a very conservative, extremely reasonable estimate. My car is 10 years old and I didn't want to spend a lot of money making unnecessary cosmetic repairs. I needed it to be safe to drive and to not look terrible. Also, I was paying out of pocket and did not need to go overboard painting the pieces on either side of the fender or replacing the bumper just because it had a scratch on it. I just needed the fender and the headlight replaced. Bruno understood this and was great at discussing all the options. He was also the only shop to suggest purchasing the fender and painting it ahead of the full repair so he would only need the to keep my car 1-2 days! Music to a busy momma's ears! Once the fender was painted, I went to the shop to approve the paint match - it was spot on! The entire repair was completed in one day. Notice a little issue with the bumper after the repair was completed. Took it back and was remedied while I waited. Service after the sale! Already referred another friend and she was very pleased as well.

I've always received excellent service and cannot recommend using them for body work enough. I've…read moreused them twice - once for some bumper damage from interstate debris and once for a quick fender skirt install. When getting estimates for the former more extensive work, they offered the best pricing for what work was actually needed and did not push for more unlike other places I visited. They've been honest with labor required and estimates have been true to final cost. It's been a pleasure using them when needed, with staff taking the time to explain their assessments and showing me their finished work. It can take some time for parts to arrive and for bigger projects, it can take some time. However, minor jobs are done quickly and properly. Deposits are required for ordering the parts (I've never gone through car insurance with them) but they've been the best I've found around. Bryan remembers his customers and has always been nothing but patient and respectful for someone with little knowledge on car things.

From the start, I made one clear request: do not hold my vehicle until the insurance payment and parts were confirmed and work was ready to begin. That request was ignored. My insurance company ultimately totaled the truck. When I informed Toussaint Customs, they presented me with a $2,400 storage bill -- for a vehicle they were explicitly asked not to hold, on which no actual repair work was ever performed. To put that number in perspective: it is $600 less than the original repair estimate, and $900 more than State Farm's payout on the total loss. I explained my situation plainly. I am a disabled veteran, a single father of two, and a full-time college student working two jobs. My truck is not a convenience -- it is how I get to work, to school, and to care for my children. I was met with sympathy at first. Once it became clear there was money to extract, that sympathy disappeared entirely. Toussaint Customs ignored a direct customer request, performed zero work, and is now demanding nearly $2,400 in fees from someone already dealing with the aftermath of an accident they didn't cause. I would strongly caution anyone -- especially those navigating insurance claims or tight financial situations -- to think carefully before bringing their vehicle here. P.S. the owner, Marcus Toussaint, would like it to be known that he was willing to help, before I shared my experience with y'all, not anymore; so long as I gave him as much as my lawyer was willing to advance from my injury claim, or as much as "Snap Finance" would let me borrow at an unreasonable interest rate. An everyday saint, truly.

It's long, but worth reading…read more.. Listen, I did the research and even discarded family/friend's suggestions on body shops. I chose this place due to the reviews but I should have known better than to believe it could be that great. My vehicle was improperly fixed (from a different bodyshop) from a previous accident before I purchased it. After discovering that there was water leakage in the trunk along with an improper alignment- the dealership agreed to pay for all repairs to a bodyshop of my choice. It was clear from the beginning that this place has a very narrow minded atmosphere when the front desk lady didn't know how to handle my situation. After speaking to the owner, I knew this was gonna be difficult because he reeked of arrogance and even cut me off during my explanation. After I missed my first appointment, I called back to reschedule only to find out the front desk lady once again had no idea about who I was nor how to deal with my situation. Once my vehicle was ready for pick up, I examined it and noticed that my interior fabric panel was unsealed and messed up. Once Doug, the owner, decided he was ready to get off the phone and attend to my concerns it got disturbing. He stepped out with me and aggressively started ripping apart my interior trunk to dismiss my concerns. He ended up breaking plastic pieces only to admit that the panel was poorly handled by his people and would have to stay messed up because he had no interest in replacing it. He stated, "i would not make a profit off of it". He continued to accuse this entire fiasco on the dealership, he didn't shut the hell up until I shot down every single diss he made at the dealership. After mentioning why only the leakage was fixed and not the entire trunk, he proceeded to say that he was "unaware" of those problems and expressed that he would refuse to fix it because the problems came from a poorly done job and not a collision. Cause that makes a difference? He stated, he knew "no one who would fix this type of issue". Now I know this company, they are going to respond to this review and try to shift the blame on anyone besides themselves. Let me finish by saying, they are most definitely overpriced. They charged $500 in labor for $15 worth of items- no exaggeration. I do NOTA recommend, a dealership bodyshop is better and probably cheaper. This review is 100% honest, I am not being petty (1. The repairs are not coming out of my pocket anyway, 2. My vehicle is going to be repaired by the right people, 3. There is no reason to be petty). There is no exaggeration, I not once showed any form of disrespect to any of their staff including Doug. I gave this place the chance to fix their mistakes without being rude or exasperating, they said no so now I tell the story. Simple. So don't bother responding to this review Complete Collision, I have given you the opportunity to speak your truth and make things right. Don't make a front just because this is now public.

DO NOT COME HERE. This was the WORST experience I've ever had at a business…read more 1. The front desk lady with the dark hair and glasses is straight-up RUDE. She didn't even greet me when I walked in--so dismissive. 2. I had to come back FOUR times... they had my car for a total of SIX WEEKS. When I came back the last time to get my car, it was on a "test drive," even though they told me to pick it up days prior (it's not exactly easy to run to Florida Blvd with work/ coordinating schedules to get a ride). Like, why are you taking it on a test drive NOW????? I had to wait 30 minutes for him to come back from the test drive. And I'm supposed to thank him for being "thorough"? ---- also test drove it for over 50 miles, who do you think pays for that gas? 3. No one mentioned they were waiting on a cosmetic part, so they called me to come back a few days after I picked it up the first time. WHO HAS THE TIME?????? 4. They left a big black handprint on the cloth interior of my car... 5. I was told not to be outside alone because there just happens to be 30 homeless people on drugs outside the building. The owner, Vu, is nice and was understanding of my problems, but that honestly doesn't make up for all the distress this experience has caused me. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy.
