I've heard horror stories about solicitors not providing services that are up to par with new home purchases. That was not the case with Ola Leslie. I found their pricing to be fair and they got my work done well within the timeframes I was expected. While they were not the cheapest of the solicitors I compared, they were within the middle pricewise and seemed to be the best. They did not disappoint and I am thankful I selected them. I chose Ola Leslie as they were recommended by my estate agent who said they were very efficient and this turned out to be true. They were also very professional right from when I first contacted them for a quote. In terms of pricing they were fair. I compared a number of quotes and they weren't the cheapest but they were very. Reasonable compared to other firms of the same type. What stood out for me was that they were very responsive and really knew the area well which came in useful as they had worked on other leases in the same block as mine. There was a problem half way through when I had difficulty getting a mortgage due to my self employed status, they were very understanding and even helped to put me in touch with a broker which saved the day.
