This is a hard review for me to write as we went to Watson's after a family death. My beloved…read morenephew passed away in October of last year and I have been postponing this review as thinking about his cremation makes me devastated. He was a light that shone so bright and he is so missed. Watson's treated him like a family member and was very respectful of our grieving and needs when it came to his cremation and Urn. They helped the process along with a gentle guiding hand and did not try to "sell" us on anything besides what we wanted. The memorial cards we ordered turned out amazing. This funeral home went beyond my expectations of a typical funeral home. This is my first time being up close and personal to planning a funeral so I had no idea in what to expect. From the beginning the owners were there for our immediate needs. I have to point out the office assistant Kayla. She was absolutely amazing through out the whole process. I know that is her job to help us BUT her customer service is what I had to write about. The team also pulled off a grave site funeral in 90 degree heat effortlessly and streamed it live for out of town family.
