No grad has ever failed to enter a four-year college, and many (many) get into first-tier schools, often with terrific grants and scholarships. Al-Noor is intimate, everyone knows everyone, and the student/teacher ratio is about 15-to-one. Class sizes well under 20 usually, and everyone is invested in everyone else. It serves both standard academics (three R's) and Islamic education, which is absolutely first-rate according to Mideast scholars. It's remarkable, especially considering there is NO discipline trouble, naturally no substance abuse, no bullying nonsense. When trouble sometimes bubbles, it's instantly sniffed and snuffed, with alert tact. The only trouble is penury: education on a shoestring. But somehow, year after year, Al-Noor does it.
